How do I locate veterans to interview?

Many of our participants choose to interview friends or family members who have served in the military. If you do not know a veteran personally, local veterans service organizations, a local or regional U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) facility, Red Cross chapter, a senior center, retirement community or hospice facility are good places to meet veterans who might be interested in sharing their story.
