How do I use the Library's resources offsite?

Although the Library of Congress' subscription databases and most licensed/copyrighted materials are for onsite users only, there are still many other resources that can be accessed remotely.

The Library's freely-available digital collections, research guides, finding aids, and online catalog are accessible to all users via the Library's website and the E-Resources Online Catalog features a number of freely-accessible digital resources selected by Library staff that may be used offsite.
