What is the interlibrary loan renewal policy?

The Library generally does not allow renewals. The loan period for library materials is sixty days and must be returned by the due date which is included with the book (please check the printed pass). If you wish to discuss the due date or other circulation policies, please call an Account Representative at 202-707-5441, or send an email to LoanCirc@loc.gov. Please note, renewal requests submitted via Worldshare are automatically declined.
